1. Acceptance

By using Qntyx you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Qntyx provides post-quantum security software as a service including but not limited to: honeypot credential generation, breach detection, audit logging, compliance scanning, secrets management, identity management, certificate authority, zero trust networking, endpoint protection, email signing, database encryption, encrypted messaging, code signing, threat intelligence, and quantum-generated virtual cards.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@qntyx.io
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Qntyx
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use Qntyx to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate credentials or fingerprints for systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our quantum entropy generation methods
• Resell or sublicense Qntyx services without written permission
• Use the platform for illegal surveillance or unauthorized access to systems

5. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Free tier is provided as-is with no SLA guarantees
• Past-due accounts may be suspended after 14 days

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Qntyx is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• Qntyx platform, code, and documentation are owned by Noel Innovations LLC
• A provisional patent application has been filed for core Qntyx technologies
• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service

8. Security Research

We welcome responsible security disclosure. Contact security@qntyx.io with findings. Do not conduct security testing on Qntyx infrastructure without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOEL INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Noel Innovations LLC from claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.

14. Changes

We will notify users of material changes via email 30 days in advance.
